Renewal Retreats FAQ’s

What makes your retreats different than other vacations?

A Renewal Retreat is so much more than just a vacation. Each retreat has been thoughtfully designed with a holistic approach to bring together the elements of mind, body, and spirit. You will return home feeling rested, rejuvenated, and inspired!

May I come alone?

Absolutely! More than half of our participants come alone on our retreats and leave having made a fantastic group of new friends. At Renewal Retreats, we strive to create programs that bring people together in a supportive community while introducing them to new activities, adventures, and experiences.

How much yoga will there be on your retreats?

It all depends. We do offer many retreats where yoga, meditation, and breath work is the primary focus. On these yoga retreats there will generally be a 90-180 minute invigorating practice in the morning and a 90 minute restorative yoga session in the afternoons.

On other programs we offer yoga as just one of the many activities you will enjoy over the course of your retreat. On these programs, we may offer a 60 minute morning yoga class each day.

Do I need to have experience with yoga or any of the other activities?

No experience is necessary! All levels are welcome, including first-time beginners. Our yoga instructors are experts at tailoring their practice to all levels. Several modifications of the postures will be presented so that everyone is challenged to their personal edge.

Do you ever do retreats for businesses or other organizations?
