My interest in natural and holistic wellness began decades ago and since, I have been experimenting with relaxation techniques, skin care, aromatherapy, hydration, herbs, fitness & yoga, a variety of holistic healing modalities, and a healthy diet. My personal mission statement in creating the Renewal Retreats Directory is to provide a Wellness Directory of Healthy Resources for the 55+ community, in order to make it EASY and AFFORDABLE for a healthy way of life!

Ifeoma Ikenze, M.D.

Vice President

Nigerian-born Ifeoma Ikenze, MD, is a practitioner and national advocate for homeopathy. Dr. Ikenze began her career as an allopathic (western) doctor and made the transition to homeopathic remedies after studying the teachings of Samuel Hahnemann, an 18th-century German physician who is the founder of modern homeopathy.

Pat Newmann

Secretary/Treasurer

Pat Newmann has over 25 years of highly successful experience helping individuals, work teams, and organizations achieve maximum effectiveness. Her consulting practice has taken her throughout the world to assist organizations in becoming places where employees learn, grow and enjoy themselves as they perform—in an inspired way—in support of visions and goals and daily practices they have had a hand in shaping.

Geriatric Specialist

David has worked in the Health Care sector for the past 35 years, providing psychotherapy and other supportive services to individuals, families, and groups. His focus has been directed toward assisting people in the “third chapter” of their lives- with a focus on finding meaning and purpose as they age. He has conducted workshops and developed programming for seniors living in congregate settings.
